Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

1 1 / 2 cups Famous Dav eā s Texas Pit BBQ Sauce, or other sweet and tangy sauce 1 / 2 cup dark honey 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 1 / 2 pounds flank steak 1. Whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, and horseradish. Coat the flank steak with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. Light a charcoal barbecue or heat a gas grill to medium. Clean the grate and coat it with vegetable oil.
3. Shake any excess sauce from the meat and grill 10 to 12 minutes per side, turning once, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Let the meat rest for
15 minutes before serving.
4. Slice the meat against the grain in thin pieces and serve warm.
Serves 4 to 6
Leftover pieces ofs teak can be reheated and served on top of a salad the next day.
