FUDDRUCKERS LETS YOU BUILD YOUR OWN BURGER BY CHOOSING THE WEIGHT OF THE

PATTY AND YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS. I T’ S THEIR SPECIAL SEASONING SPRINKLED ON

THE BEEF THAT MAKES THE FLAVOR STAND OUT.

1 pound ground beef or chuck

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 / 2 teaspoon pepper 1 / 2 teaspoon granulated garlic 1 / 4 teaspoon onion powder 1 / 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 4 hamburger buns, split in half

Sliced tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce, cheese 1. Form the beef into 4 patties and refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

2. Light a charcoal barbecue or heat a gas grill to medium. Clean the grate and coat it with vegetable oil.

3. Stir all the spices together. Sprinkle some of the spice mixture on both sides of each patty.

4. Grill the patties 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning once, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.

5. Build the burger your wa y— top with any of the suggested favorite s— or with none at all, and enjoy it hot off the grill.
