7. Shake the excess marinade from the skewers and grill over the hot coals. Turn them over regularly to cook evenly, 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your preferred doneness.
8. Serve the meat and vegetables hot off the grill, either still on the skewer, or carefully slide the meat and vegetables onto a warmed plate.

Use different vegetables ify ou wish; just make sure that they can stand up to the
grillf or as long as it takes to cook the beef. Mushrooms, fennel, and carrots are
all hardy choices.
