• Chili-Spiked Mayonnaise
• Sweet Mustard Glaze
• Pico de Gallo
• Cilantro Sour Cream
• Blackberry BBQ Sauce
Chili-Spiked Mayonnaise 1 cup mayonnaise, regular or reduced fat 1 / 4 cup chili sauce 1 / 2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 / 2 teaspoon Tabasco Chipotle Pepper sauce 1. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
2. Serve with grilled salmon.
Makes about 1 1 / 4 cups
Sweet Mustard Glaze
1 cup Gray Poupon or other Dijon mustard 1 / 2 cup honey 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
2. Serve with grilled shrimp.
