Put
the
pitas
on
the
grill
to
heat
them
through.
Make
an
opening
at
the
top
of
each
one
and
spread
with
a
tablespoon
of
the
Chili
Mayo.
7. Lay the sliced chicken on top of the Chili Mayo, then spoon a portion of the Bean and Corn Relish into each pita. Finish with a sprinkling of the cheese over the vegetables.
8. The pitas are ready at this point, but you may wish to grill them a bit more to heat the fillings and melt the cheese.
