Old felt-tip markers will create a line that’s not completely black and can be a little more wiggly.
Start by redrawing the outline of the dinosaur. This is the perfect opportunity to highlight the folds of skin.
Using hatching, create a few shadows and add some depth.
Gradually add new hatching on top of the first layer, changing the direction of the line to give your shadows more weight.
Finish your drawing with some dark, black lines running across the dinosaur’s back to highlight more skin patterns.
