This book is an amalgamation of my take on a few dishes covering chicken, mutton and seafood varieties.
This book is written to be of appeal and value to anyone who believes in nutritious and flavourful cooking with ease and simplicity.  Recipes in this book can be easily done by  anyone - amateur or experienced cooks. They are designed to be flexible enough to and cater to a variety of taste buds.
Relevant information regarding weights, measures, definitions, substitutions and even cleaning process have been provided for your use and ease.
Non-veg cooking is tedious in the traditional way. OPOS opens the gates to faster, tastier & healthier cooking. Almost all dishes listed here are designed to be prepared in under ten minutes. Every single dish has been validated first by my family and then by the OPOS group. I promise they will work for you exactly the same way they worked for me, if you would follow the recipes to the letter, use standard equipment and learn the basic techniques.
