Crab Soup
Spiced Thin Curry

Recipe:
In a 2L Magic pot layer as below,
  1. 2Tbsp oil
  2. 250g cleaned and chopped crab
  3. 2 deseeded tomatoes
  4. Fill the tomato cups with 1tsp each (red paprika powder, coriander powder, pepper powder) , 1/2tsp each (ginger-garlic paste, salt) , 10 mint leaves
Cook on high for 5 whistles / 5 mins
Release pressure. Open, mash the tomatoes. Mix in 1C water, 1Tbsp lemon juice & serve.
Replace / supplement:
Oil with butter / ghee
Spice powders with any other spices
Ginger-garlic paste with chopped ginger and garlic
Tips:
Crush the crab slightly after cooking so that flavours get well infused
Cook till you get the intense flavour of the caramelized base
Can dilute as per the desired consistency
