Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Mushroom and Chicken Cooked in Mild Creamy Sauce

Recipe:

Prep: Mix 250g chopped chicken , 1/2tsp each (pepper, garlic ) powders, 1/4tsp salt

In a 2L Magic pot deluxe layer as below,

1. 2Tbsp butter
2. 1/2C sliced mushroom
3. 1tbsp chopped garlic
4. Spiced chicken

Cook on high for 5 whistles / 5 mins

Release pressure. Open, mix in 1/2C cream & serve.

Replace / supplement:

Chicken with prawn

Garlic powder with minced garlic

Tips:

Add crushed chilli flakes for spice

Can add 1/4tsp oregano for flavour
