Dhaba Style Chicken
Punjabi Style Chicken Curry
Recipe:
Prep: Mix 500g chopped chicken
, 2tsp each (kashmiri red chilli
powder, besan
), 1tsp each (coriander,
cumin)
powders, 1/2tsp each (garam masala, salt),
1/4tsp turmeric
In a 2L Magic pot deluxe
layer as below,
- 1/4C oil
, 1tsp mugalai tadka
- 1/2C chopped onion
, 1/2C sliced tomato
, 1 slit green chillies
- Spiced chicken
- 1/4C hung
curd
Cook on high for 6 whistles / 8 mins
Release the pressure. Open & mix in 2Tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1Tbsp kasuri methi & serve.
Replace / supplement:
Onion with caramelized onion
Hung curd with cream after opening
Oil with ghee
Tips:
Can add curd after cooking
Can use roasted besan
