Seafood Charred Stir-Fry
Recipe:
Prep:
Mix 250g sliced fish,
1tsp each (chilli powder, coriander powder, lime juice
), 1/2tsp each (pepper powder
, lime juice
), 1/4tsp salt
In a 2L Magic pot deluxe
layer as below,
- 2Tbsp oil,
10 curry leaves

Spiced fish
slices
Cook on high for 1 whistle / 3 mins
Release pressure. Open & flip the pieces. Close, rest for 5 mins
Open & serve.
Replace / supplement:
Fish with prawns
Spice with favorite spice powders
Tips:
Kingfish, pomfret slices preferable for dry fry
Can use more oil & drain after cooking
