Mussels with Dry Coconut
Recipe:
Prep: Mix 15 cleaned & de shelled mussels (200g), 2tsp (chilli powder ), 1tsp each (cumin, pepper ) powders, 1/2tsp each (turmeric, fenugreek powder ),
1/4tsp salt
In a 2L Magic pot deluxe layer as below,
  1. 2Tbsp coconut oil
  2. 1C chopped onion , 10 curry leaves
  3. Spiced mussels
  4. 1/4C fresh grated coconut
Cook on high for 3 whistles / 4 mins
Release pressure. Open, mix & serve.
Replace / supplement :
Mussels with prawns, fish
Grated coconut with fried coconut
Tips:
Can also use frozen mussels
