Mutton Soup
Mutton and Bone Cooked with Spices to Thin Stew
Recipe:
In a 2L Magic pot
layer as below,
250g mutton
(with bone),1’’ cinnamon
, 3 cloves
, 10 each (shallots
, curry leaves
), 1/2C diced tomato
, 1/2tsp each (fennel, salt, pepper
powder), 1.5C water
Cook on high for 10 whistles / 9 mins
Let pressure settle.
Open, mix in 1tsp lime
, 2Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
, 1/2C water
& serve.
Replace / supplement:
Mutton with beef
Tomato with caramelized tomato
Tips:
Can mix more water as per the desired consistency
Can add ghee for flavour
