Virgin Apple-tini Smoothie

Makes 1 Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 banana
½ cup light apple juice
¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired
Directions
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, about a minute or two.
Step 2: Just for fun, pour into a martini glass, sprinkle with a a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired, and enjoy. (If you want to garnish with an apple slice, go ahead. That’s only about 4 extra calories!)
