Ingredients
Approximately 15 strawberries, hulled
1 medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Step 1: Place all the above ingredients into a blender.
Step 2: Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
