Red Grapefruit, Mango, and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

4 cups mixed baby greens

1 large ruby red grapefruit, peeled and sliced into sections

1 medium avocado, peeled, cored, and sliced

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

2 teaspoons medium-dry sherry

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1: In a small bowl, soak the onion in the sherry and set aside.

Step 2: In a large bowl, toss together grapefruit, avocado, mango, and salad greens.

Step 3: Whisk the olive oil into the sherry-onion mixture. Pour over the salad and lightly toss. Serve immediately.
