10-INCH CLASSIC PAN PIZZA
If you don’t own a 14-inch deep-dish pizza pan, divide dough between two 10-inch cake pans. Grease bottom of each cake pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Turn dough onto clean, dry counter and divide in half. Pat each half into 9-inch round; continue with recipe, reducing initial baking time on lowest rack to 5 to 10 minutes and dividing topping evenly between pizzas.
