TOASTED COCONUT SABLÉS
Add ⅓ cup finely chopped toasted sweetened coconut to dough with flour in step 2. Omit turbinado sugar. After brushing cookies with egg white mixture, sprinkle with ⅓ cup finely chopped untoasted sweetened coconut.
