MARBLE CHEESECAKE
Melt 5 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate and ΒΌ cup heavy cream together in microwave, stirring often, until melted and smooth, 1 to 3 minutes. Let mixture cool completely. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate over top of batter. Using butter knife or small offset spatula, swirl chocolate into cheesecake batter, creating attractive marbled pattern.
