Combine cheese, pepper, beef, and mold to mix.
Roll into meatballs.
Put meatballs into boiling broth on the slow cooker and reduce heat to medium-low.
Heat chicken on the slow cooker to boil for 40 minutes should be lidded.
Allow to simmer and cook for 1 hour more.
Add spinach and cook 20 minutes.
