Teresa Howard is a retired teacher, author, and time traveler. She is a science fiction author with a passion for genealogy, or a genealogist with a passion for writing science fiction. You decide.
These seemingly opposing passions bring her characters from the ancient past to the distant future. Many of her stories feature both.
In her novel, The Reluctant Empress, she blends heredity and bloodlines into a futuristic coming of age tale where DNA and paternity are keys to resolving the conflict.
She lives in Hoover, Al, but her home is wherever her characters are.
