Lay off the drugs

Zero judgement from me if you like taking party drugs at the weekend, but be wary of the comedown if you’re having a rough patch. For me, Saturday night’s serotonin high was followed by a crash that I came to know as ‘Suicide Tuesday’. And that’s why I haven’t dabbled since I was 22. Know your limitations and try to stick to them.
