Self-sabotage

DO YOU LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES OR KEEP REPEATING them? Do you tell yourself that when x has happened, then you’ll be able to fix your shit? But somehow, x never happens, or, if it does, y simply takes its place.

Maybe what you’re really doing is creating excuses for not moving forward or making a change. A way out from facing up to the reality that your life isn’t where you want it to be?

Tip: If you keep doing this, it never will be.
