James Flynn grew up in Kent, England.

Flynn is naturally drawn towards the genres of horror and SF-horror due to his philosophy of life. An absurdist at heart, he is prone to viewing the world through a lens of darkness, and his stories tend to highlight the paradoxes and predicaments that all human beings have to face.
