The woman lies on her back and pulls her legs as far over her head as she can. The man squats above her, holding her thighs back as he penetrates her. Remember to breathe deeply while getting into and holding this position.
The woman can spread her arms on either side for balance.
Rather than resting his weight on the woman, the man uses his own thigh muscles and feet for balance. His hands hold her thighs open both for his own balance, and for deep penetration.
Since this position allows for deep penetration, this works well for a hare paired with an elephant (see #9). If a man is a stallion, he needs to be careful and thoughtful—especially if his partner is a doe. Women with large stomachs and/or large breasts may find this position difficult.
Deep breathing is the key to performing a position such as this. In fact, you can practice this move by yourself—especially as it’s a good yoga move that stretches the back. Lying on your back, bring your legs as far back over your head as you can. You can use your hands to help push yourself back or you can keep them out to the side for balance, breathing deeply as you hold the position. With every exhale, try to stretch your legs back a little more.
Over time, your flexibility will increase and you’ll be amazed how far you can stretch—eventually, you may even be able to put your knees by your ears or keep your legs out straight.
