The man lies on his back, rests on his arms, or uses pillows behind his arms and back for support. The woman straddles him, facing away from him, putting her hands on his thighs or calves. Gently she rocks, or “swings” on his lingam. If the man is strong enough, he can push up his abdomen so that he is thrusting into the woman.
This position provides a much different sensation than forward-facing positions.
The woman should try to stimulate his lingam by contracting her muscles, squeezing and holding his lingam in a rhythmic manner, in sync with her swinging.
