The woman lies on her back—holding her legs in the air, with her feet on each side of the man’s head—as the man lies over her, almost against her thighs. For added sensation, he can squeeze her buttocks with one hand, or the couple can hold hands.
This position requires a lot of flexibility to keep the legs bent and close to the chest. A great way to build such flexibility is by doing leg stretches.
Sit on the floor and practice putting your head to your knee. Do this with your legs straight out in front of you. Try it at first with bent knees, and each day put your legs down a little more until you can touch your toes (with your fingers) without bending your knees.
Another helpful flexibility exercise is to push your legs out to either side while sitting on the floor. At first, you’re not likely to get very far, but by practicing daily, you’ll increase your elasticity.
The benefit of being able to keep your legs either straight or bent in the air during sex is that it will change the position of the lingam in the yoni for better penetration.
