The man kneels on the bed as the woman squats back into his lap. The man bends her forward until her breasts are pushed against her thighs and he enters her.

SEDUCTIONS

This position may take some balancing to master. For support, the woman may want to use her hands on the bed or the man can hold onto the woman’s hips, buttocks, thighs, or back to help move her.

The woman can try leaning back into the man and squeezing her yoni. By opening or closing her legs, lovers can see which friction works best.

As with any of the positions of the Kama Sutra, it is best to experiment with what works for the both of you and your body types. Larger women may not be able to do this position and men with larger stomachs may not have room for a woman on their laps.

TRAINING EXERCISE

Both men and woman should be limber and flexible when attempting to try some of the more adventurous Kama Sutra moves. This includes having a good sense of balance.

Imagine there is a string coming out of the top of your head, pulling you up—feel your spine elongate and your lungs fill with air. Tighten your abdominal muscles and buttocks for added balance.

To practice balancing techniques, stand up straight and lift one leg outin front of you, as high as possible.

While standing straight, lift a leg behind you and bend over as far as you can go, putting your arms out to help with weight distribution.

These simple exercises will help you learn where your center is and you’ll quickly find that keeping your balance body-wise will help you in all aspects of life.
