Remoulade Burger Topping
Makes 1½ cups     5 minutes
The name is much fancier then the sauce. It just screams big stacked burger and has a very familiar taste. Currently, there is no common mainstream burger sauce like this packaged for sale in stores, so it’s always good to make this special sauce at home and serve it to guests along with two all-beef patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and a sesame seed bun.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup creamy French salad dressing
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon sweet pickle salad cubes
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dry minced onion
½ teaspoon kosher salt
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, dill pickle relish, sweet salad cubes, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, minced onion, and salt.
  2. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir.
  3. Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
To make it into a spicy dip, try adding 1 tablespoon hot sauce and 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning. Serve with onion rings or fried green tomatoes.
