3 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher salt

In a small bowl, whisk together oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, black pepper, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Use your fingers as needed to break up any clumps.
