This seafood seasoning has just the right amount of punch and heat to compliment your next low country boil. Use more or less cayenne; just be sure to have a cold beer handy either way!
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 tablespoon ground lemon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon white pepper (or black pepper)

In a small bowl, whisk together salt, celery seed, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, ginger, dry mustard, allspice, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, and white pepper.

Use to season fish, shrimp, crab, and lobster.
