Tex-Mex Spice Blend
Makes ½ cup     5 minutes
This spice mixture is perfect for your next South of the border meal. The Tex-Mex punch comes from the Mexican oregano. It has a more earthy and intense flavor than typical oregano that some have described as citrusy.
It’s also popular in Cuban cuisine.
