½ cup Fridge Pickles & Peppers

, drained
½ cup Ponzu
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce (reserve remaining tomato sauce for another use)
¼ cup Slap Yo Mama BBQ Sauce

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½-1 teaspoon hot sauce, depending on desired heat
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Using a food processor or a blender, add Fridge Pickles & Peppers, and Ponzu, and puree until smooth.

In a medium bowl, add the pureed pickles and peppers.

Whisk in the brown sugar, tomato sauce, Slap Yo Mama BBQ Sauce, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, and garlic powder, until well-combined.

Use as a marinade or dressing for all meats.

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
