Sweet Hot Tiger Sauce  
Makes 3 cups     10 minutes    
Shout out to Joe Exotic. At the time of this writing Tiger King is sweeping the nation. Rest assured no big cats were harmed in the making of this zesty sauce.
½ cup Fridge Pickles & Peppers (found in Nuts, Cheese, Desserts & More ) , drained
½ cup Ponzu
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce (reserve remaining tomato sauce for another use)
¼ cup Slap Yo Mama BBQ Sauce (found in Top This )
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½-1 teaspoon hot sauce, depending on desired heat
1 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Using a food processor or a blender, add Fridge Pickles & Peppers, and Ponzu, and puree until smooth.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the pureed pickles and peppers.
  3. Whisk in the brown sugar, tomato sauce, Slap Yo Mama BBQ Sauce, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, and garlic powder, until well-combined.
  4. Use as a marinade or dressing for all meats.
  5. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Ponzu is a sweet and sour, citrus seasoned soy sauce found in the grocery aisle with Asian foods. It’s similar to teriyaki sauce, but not as sweet, with a tart flavor added.
