Parmesan Zucchini

Ingredients:
          4 zucchini, quartered lengthwise
          2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
          2 tbsp olive oil
          ¼ tsp garlic powder
          ½ tsp dried basil
          ½ tsp dried oregano
          ½ tsp dried thyme
          ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
          Pepper
          Salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt.
  3. Arrange zucchini onto the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes then broil for 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
