Parmesan Zucchini

Ingredients:

4 zucchini, quartered lengthwise

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
●
2 tbsp olive oil
●
¼ tsp garlic powder
●
½ tsp dried basil
●
½ tsp dried oregano
●
½ tsp dried thyme
●
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
●
Pepper
●
Salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt.
- Arrange zucchini onto the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes then broil for 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
