Healthy Broccoli Salad
Time: 25 minutes
Serve: 6
Ingredients:
          3 cups broccoli, chopped
          1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
          ½ cup Greek yogurt
          2 tbsp sunflower seeds
          3 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
          1/3 cup onion, sliced
          ¼ tsp stevia
Directions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together broccoli, onion, and bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, vinegar, and stevia and pour over broccoli mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top of the salad.
  4. Store salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
