Tuna Muffins

Ingredients:
          2 eggs, lightly beaten
          1 can tuna, flaked
          1 tsp cayenne pepper
          1/4 cup mayonnaise
          1 celery stalk, chopped
          1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
          1/4 cup sour cream
          Pepper
          Salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease muffin tin and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients into the large bowl and mix until well combined and pour into the prepared muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
