Italian Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and cut into chunks
●
1 1/2 cups salsa
●
1 tsp Italian seasoning
●
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
●
3 cups chicken stock
●
8 oz cream cheese
●
Pepper
●
Salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except cream cheese and parsley into the instant pot and stir well.
- Seal pot and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Release pressure using quick release. Remove lid.
- Remove chicken from pot and shred using a fork.
- Return shredded chicken to the instant pot.
- Add cream cheese and stir well and cook on sauté mode until cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy.
