Baked Salmon Patties
Time: 30 minutes
Serve: 4
Ingredients:
          2 eggs, lightly beaten
          14 oz can salmon, drained and flaked with a fork
          1 tbsp garlic, minced
          1/4 cup almond flour
          1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
          1 tsp Dijon mustard
          1/4 tsp pepper
          1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients into the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Make small patties from mixture and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake patties for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn patties and bake for 10 minutes more.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
