Baked Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

2 eggs, lightly beaten
●
14 oz can salmon, drained and flaked with a fork
●
1 tbsp garlic, minced
●
1/4 cup almond flour
●
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
●
1 tsp Dijon mustard
●
1/4 tsp pepper
●
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add all ingredients into the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Make small patties from mixture and place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake patties for 10 minutes.
- Turn patties and bake for 10 minutes more.
- Serve and enjoy.
