1. Place the mint leaves in a pitcher. Use the back of a large spoon to lightly bruise leaves. Stir in cranberry-raspberry juice. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.

2. Pour juice and nectar over 1 cup ice cubes in a pitcher or punch bowl. Add sparkling water; stir gently. Place a fruited ice cube in each glass. Add juice mixture.
