SOUTHWEST TORTILLA ROLL-UPS

I was born in the Southeast, but I think my taste buds came from the Southwest!

Makes 10 servings

16 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

2 TABLESPOONS DRY HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING MIX

1 TABLESPOON SOUTHWEST-STYLE SEASONING

ONE 15-OUNCE CAN BLACK BEANS, DRAINED AND RINSED

ONE 15-OUNCE CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED

ONE 4.5-OUNCE CAN DICED GREEN CHILES, DRAINED

2 CUPS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

TEN 8-INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS

SALSA, FOR SERVING

1. Stir the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and Southwest seasoning in a large bowl until combined. Stir in the beans, corn, chiles and mozzarella.

2. Spread ½ cup of the mixture all over one side of each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and chill for at least 30 minutes. Slice on the diagonal and serve with your favorite salsa.
