Cherry, Blueberry and Raspberry Green Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie combines raspberries, blueberries and cherries for a tasty green breakfast smoothie. Not only does it taste amazing, but the combination of berries and cherries ensure you get a great dose of vitamin C, fiber and important antioxidants that help fight off disease. Once you taste this smoothie, you will definitely want to make this one again.

What You’ll Need:

- 2 cups of purified water

- 1 banana

- 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves

- ½ cup of blueberries

- ½ cup of raspberries

- 1 cup of cherries, pits removed

How to Make It:

Wash all the berries, cherries and spinach before using. Remove pits from the cherries. Cut the banana into chunks. Add the water and the spinach to your blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Add the chunks of banana and continue blending. Last, place berries in the blender and continue to blend until you have a smooth mixture. Pour smoothie two glasses and enjoy. You can drink the second glass later in the day if desired.

NOTE: Use frozen berries for a cold, refreshing smoothie.
