This yummy combination of coconut water, peaches and grapes makes two servings, so enjoy one as a green breakfast smoothie and enjoy the second serving later for an afternoon pick me up. If desired, you can add a banana to increase the potassium content while adding some extra sweetness.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 peaches, peeled and pits removed
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 2 cups of green grapes
- 1 cup of coconut water
How to Make It:
Wash the peaches and then peel them and remove the pits. Wash the grapes and spinach as well. Remove any stems from the spinach. Place the coconut water and fresh spinach in the blender, blending until the mixture becomes smooth. Add grapes and peaches and keep blending. If needed, add a bit more coconut water. You can also add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing. Makes two servings.
