What You’ll Need:
- 1 large banana
- 1 head of green leaf lettuce
- ½ of a fresh pineapple
- 2 cups of purified water
How to Make It:
Peel the banana and then cut it into chunks. Wash the green leaf lettuce thoroughly. Remove the core and skin from the pineapple. Cut half of it into chunks and store the rest of the pineapple in the refrigerator to use in another green smoothie recipe.
Place the green leaf lettuce and water in your blending. Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth. Place the banana chunks and pineapple chunks in the blender, continuing to blend until your smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Enjoy right away.
