What You’ll Need:
2 large mangos
1 medium banana
2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
1 cup of purified water
How to Make It:
Peel the mangos and then chop them into medium sized pieces. Peel the banana and chop. Wash the spinach before using it in your smoothie.
Place the cup of water and the fresh spinach leaves in your blender, blending on low until smooth and well combined. Add the pieces of banana and mango to the mixture. Increase blender speed and keep blending until the mixture reaches smoothie consistency. Add a little water if the mixture becomes too thick. Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
