What You’ll Need:
- 3 cups of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 whole coconut
How to Make It:
Wash the spinach and set to the side.
To open the coconut, start by opening it using a cleaver. Pour the water out of the coconut, right into your blender. Then, use a spoon to dig out the coconut meat, adding it to the blender too. Blend the coconut water and coconut meat together until it is smooth.
Add the reserved spinach to the blender. Start blending on low, increasing speed slowly until the mixture becomes smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Makes 1 serving.
