What You’ll Need:
- 1 rib of celery
- 3 cups of pineapple, frozen
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
- ½ lime, juiced
- 3 cups of baby spinach, fresh
How to Make It:
Wash celery and spinach.
Add the lime juice to the bottom of the blender. Place the spinach in the blender. Blend until smooth and add some purified water if the mixture is too dry. Next, add the celery, pineapple chunks, chia seeds, frozen banana slices and the fresh ginger. Blend again until you have a thick smoothie. If the smoothie is too thick, add some juice or a little water to thin it just a bit. Makes about five cups.
