What You’ll Need:

- 2 large oranges

- 1 cup of purified water

- 2 large bananas

- 1 cup of fresh cranberries

- 2 cups of fresh kale leaves

How to Make It:

Peel the oranges and pull into sections. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Wash the cranberries and the kale leaves before using them in your smoothie.

Add the water and kale leaves to the blender. Start blending on low. Once the mixture is smooth, add in the orange sections, banana pieces and the fresh cranberries. Turn up the speed on your blender, blending until you have the desired thickness for your smoothie. Makes two servings.

NOTE: Freeze the cranberries ahead of time to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
