6 large eggs
3 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
½ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 × 9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl beat the eggs until thickened. Gradually add the sugar, beating until thoroughly blended. Stir in the flour and butter. Blend well. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts, mixing gently just until combined. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
