1 (29-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup baking mix
¾ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup (½ stick) butter, softened
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the peach slices in an ungreased 8 × 8-inch baking dish. Set aside. In a large bowl combine baking mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon, mixing well. Cut butter into the mixture with a pastry blender. Spoon batter over the peaches. Bake, uncovered, 18 to 20 minutes.
