Strawberry Ice Cream

1 pint whipping cream

1 (16-ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed until icy

1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (15-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

Whole milk

In a medium bowl beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl combine the strawberries, evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and fill to the line with whole milk. Freeze according to the ice cream freezer manufacturer’s directions.
